BROTHERS SERVICE COMPANY is well-established remodeling company seeking LEAD CARPENTERS in the greater Baltimore metropolitan area. We are offering a signing bonus, use of company vehicle with gas card, generous PTO and weekly pay if you meet the following requirements:

LEAD CARPENTER JOB REQUIREMENTS

5 years of experience in the contruction industry, as a Lead Carpenter
5 years of experience in carpentry and home improvement mechanics
Supervisory experience
Blueprint and plan reading
layout and planning expertise
extensuve knowledge of hand and power tools, quality craftmanship, and building codes as they relate to residential applications
experience in rough and fune carpentry
experience with drywall, concrete and trade work
MEP knowledge, including installation and products
